Bob has had extensive experience in both internal and external management, and leadership consulting for over 25 years. He has worked with over 40 major organizations and hundreds of leaders addressing their management, leadership and organizational challenges. As the President of Clarity Development Consulting, he focuses on improving efficiencies, effectiveness and engagement, specializing in building trust, growing innovation, corporate culture/communication, relationships, and team building.

Using strength based approaches as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC); Bob works internationally in various sectors and throughout all levels of an organization. Industries & sectors include aviation & airports, forestry, energy, mining, software, health care, education including universities, finance, insurance, high tech, retail, churches, restaurants, communications, Societies, foundations, Crown Corporations, civic, provincial and federal governments, and construction.

Bob became passionate about transforming the quality of conversations and subsequently encouraged the extraordinary benefits of coach-like leadership by creating the Coaching for Engagement™ (CFE), and Coaching for Impact (CFI) programs, as well as co-authoring the book “Coaching For Engagement” www.coachingforengagement.com. These influential sessions have been successfully presented to various industries and all levels of leaders across North America, India, China and Dubai. His impactful programs led to the complementary Fluid Leadership program with current modules in Trust and Innovation.

Many of Bob’s international clients have benefited from the PRO-D and UCipher™ assessments by assisting leaders to understand the convergence of their motivation, talents and strengths and personality style, Bob connects balance and valuable insight to their current role and daily lives.
