All of our Ambassadors have served significant amount of their time giving back into the community in the form of volunteerism and pro-bono work.




BRENDA DOOLEY, FCIPD, MA, BA, DipPsych, MAC. Brenda established Shannon Consulting in 2001 specialising in executive & leadership coaching and HR consulting. Since then she has built a strong reputation for delivery with a wide variety of corporate and private clients.

She has a practical approach based on sound business experience in a fast moving environment. Brenda passionately believes that organizations can only truly succeed if they continually invest in the development of their leaders and management teams. Brenda also provides a professional HR consultancy service to a broad range of client organizations and can contribute at every level of the HR cycle. Her client relationships are based on values of honesty, integrity, and reliability, supported by sound technical expertise and a strong work ethic.

Brenda holds a first class honors Masters degree in Human Resources and Diplomas in Psychology and Accounting & Finance. She is long-time Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and is a member of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches. She is licensed to use a variety of psychometric tools including MBTI.

Sue Lawley, Ph.D. is  SVP, Regional Talent Solutions Director, Northeast Region with Lee Hecht Harrison. She works with clients throughout the Northeast region to determine their leadership and talent development needs. Oversees the Executive Coaching, Change Management, Leadership Development and Career Development practice areas. Directs the efforts of all NE region Executive Coaches and Facilitators and operational staff. Collaborates closely with Business Developers to carry out their priorities and to meet and exceed their clients’ expectations.

A polished executive with vision and vast experience in Leadership Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Executive Coaching. Works with clients to shape innovative solutions to develop, retain and engage critical talent. Works with C-Suite executives to refine business strategies and align with talent development approaches and practices.

Oversee all coaching and leadership activities in the Northeast region and staff large projects with the most appropriate mix of resources. Design and deliver new program content and insure that all team members are briefed on program enhancements. Support Business Developers as Subject Matter Expert in Talent Development sales and prospecting efforts.

Staff and oversee all Executive Coaching and Talent Development projects. Mentor associate and colleague coaches throughout Northeast corridor. Insure quality of delivery and client satisfaction.
