ASSOCIATE COHORT COMMITTEE:
 
Purpose:
is to groom and support new corporate executive coaches in being enterprise-wide business partners with their clients. The committee consists of mentors and coaches. To be the eyes and ears of new trends in our industry and share their findings to the CEO

CEO/ Founder
 
Purpose:
Approves all actions and strategic direction for ACEC. Ensures compatibility and adherence to ethics and by-laws by all ACEC members.
Takes under advisement all recommendations for the stability and growth of ACEC from individual members and all committees. Responsible for final decisions regarding disputes with the advisement of the executive advisory committee and the termination of individual memberships for those not acting in the best interest of a collegial, growth, and harmonious atmosphere within ACEC.
Final decision maker for membership with the advisement of the membership committee or other members of ACEC. Oversees the rigor required for MCEC Certification under the advisement of all committees. Responsible for all branding/marketing and PR related to ACEC and the MCEC certification. Oversees and manages the relationship between the MEECO Leadership Institute and ACEC. Through ACEc responsible for membership services including the endorsement of books and references and testimonials where appropriate. Lead for the ACEC bi-annual conference with the support of a special committee.

Purpose:
Direct advisor to the CEO, the oversight committee for all committees, approves all committee decisions and direction, and strategic direction for ACEC.

MCEC EXECUTIVE ROUNDTABLE/ MARKETING COMMITTEE (NEW)
 
Purpose:
Design and development of an executive roundtable meeting where MCEC candidates will present/Identify marketing opportunities to embed the MCEC protocol into the CXO suite.

MEECO DESIGNATION:

Purpose:

To vet applications for MCEC certification and to update MCEC applications to remain current with market needs. To make recommendations to the executive advisory committee for additional services for ACEC members through the CEO. To vet new members/ applications, and to introduce members to other members. To evaluate new program ideas presented by members/self
