Eileen has been a respected thought leader, innovator, coach and consultant in organization, leadership and team development for over 30 years, Her own leadership roles include Corporate VP, VP and Director of three Fortune 500 companies; president of the National Association of Women Business Owners NC Chapter; and president of the Rocky Mountain and NC chapters of the Association for Psychological Type. She also supervised over one hundred senior executive coaches in NA and APAC for one of the top five coaching firms for three years.
She is president of The Human Dimension (www.humandimension.org), a consortium of master level executive coaches and O.D. consultants she founded in 1985. She specializes in assisting clients to enhance their strategic, leadership, management, interpersonal, collaborative, and team leadership effectiveness.
Eileen has significant Asia-Pacific experience, including living in Mainland China and Hong Kong for four years. She is a graduate of four years of intensive post-graduate programs at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and the Gestalt International Study Center, and a graduate of the Menninger Executive program.
